Have A Plan Though I am not promoting the DHS, FEMA, or Citizen Corp, if all agencies have on the respective homepages "Get ready", "Be ready", "Have A Plan" for bad weather, disasters, or other inconvenient circumstances/emergencies, shouldn't you "do what the government says"? If not, then consider that before there were alphabet agencies (like 'em or not) there were these:
